With this project, I was required to design a logo for an imaginary condo development company along with a three-piece set for Liberty Village, located in Toronto, Ontario. 

I chose similar typefaces, a colour scheme that
is eye-catching and photographs that connected well with my theme of high-end modern. I used a sans-serif typeface that looked classy, yet clean. I wanted the words to stand out, but have the images remain as the  focal point of my layout.
