GOALIE COACHING LOGO

My first freelancing job was to help my friend design a logo for his goalie instructing business. It had to be composed of generic hockey-related icons, a colour palette with a maximum of three colours and text, which he provided for me.

I used navy blue, black and white and the same sans-serif typeface for all of the digital ideas and the final concept. Based on his feedback of my various ideas, I was able to create the final logo by using the same image of the hockey goalie three times and adjusting the opacity level to create the illusion of the goalie moving swiftly to one side.
